There is a national framework agreement for ventilation filters that the health trusts in Norway will use for purchases for their own use. Therefore, the contracting authority reserves the right to procure filters outside of this framework agreement in some cases.

A project manager will be offered in the delivery for all work. The project manager will attend to necessary planning and documentation in accordance with Førde Hospital Trust's own guidelines. This work includes, amongst other things, risk assessment (before commencement of all jobs), adherence to classification of medical area, FVD and ‘as built’ documentation. In some circumstances the engineering design will be part of the project manager's responsibility, but in others, it will be carried out by Førde Hospital Trust or an engineering design company.

During the contract period, Førde Hospital Trust wants fixed persons who will execute the work. This is because relevant people will eventually become very familiar with our buildings which consist of approx. 94 000 m

Option for an extension.
The contracting authority has a unilateral right to trigger an option to extend the contract for up to 1 year + 1 year. The options are triggered automatically and on identical terms unless otherwise requested by the contracting authority.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Qualification requirement: requirements regarding tenderer's registration.
Documentation requirement: tenderers shall present documentation of their legal registration in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the state where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Qualification requirement: tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial solidity to fulfil the contract obligations.
Economic and financial capacity means that the tenderer fulfils the following requirements related to financial figures: Credit rating equal to B or better, measured on AAA Soliditet's scale or equivalent score from another reputable rating company.
Documentation requirement: the contracting authority will assess the tenderer's fulfilment of the qualification requirement in the following way: Credit rating. If the tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial capacity with any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable, cf. PPR §16-4, including, for example, a parent company guarantee, bank guarantee etc.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Qualification requirement: the tenderer must have a certified quality system
Documentation requirement: the supplier must submit a certificate from an independent body that the supplier's quality system is certified. The certificate must refer to the quality system based on Relevant European standards series, for example ISO 9001. The contracting authority also accepts certificates issued by bodies in other EEA states. The contracting authority will accept other documentation of equivalent quality systems if the tenderer is not able to obtain such certificates within the deadline, and this is not due to the tenderer themselves. This requires that the tenderer documents that these measures are equivalent to the requested quality assurance standards.
