Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten: Tenderers must have their tax, employer contribution and VAT payments in order.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers must have sufficient financial capacity to fulfil the contractual obligations.

Documentation requirement:

A solidity assessment from an approved credit appraisal agency. The assessment shall be based on the most recent known accounting figures.

The key figures in the accounts must be presented together with an assessment of the tenderer's payment history.

Annual accounts for the last 2 years. These must contain notes, the board's report and auditor's report.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Requirement 1:

He tenderer must have sufficient capacity and competence at their disposal for the implementation of assignments in the contract.

Requirement 2:

Tenderers must have good experience from the implementation of equivalent/comparable assignments for the discipline(s) the tenderer is being submitted for.

Requirement 3:.

Tenderers must have good procedures for quality control and HSE.

Requirement 4:

Tenderers must be certified and and active apprenticeship company.

Requirement 5:

Tenderers must have the necessary professional qualifications to ensure that the planning and building regulation requirements are fulfilled.

Documentation Requirement:

Requirement 1:

— description of the company's staffing and organization with regard to delivering in accordance with the framework agreement requirements,

— a description of the qualified personnel the tenderer has at disposal for fulfilment of the contract, including personnel with a certificate of apprenticeship within relevant disciplines,

— for the construction field, the tenderer must have employed personnel with ADK1 — certificates and welding certificates for PE pipes (mirror welding and electrical sockets).

Requirement 2:

A list with an overview and description of the tenderer's most relevant assignments during the last 3 years.

The list/description must as a minimum contain:

— name of customer/recipient,

— scope of the assignment,

— Description of the business' role,

— the assignment's value,

— date of the assignment,

— a brief description of the delivery.

Requirement 3:

The documentation shall be provided in one of the following ways:

Alternative 1: description of the company's procedures, with emphasis on quality assurance, resource management, management responsibility and HSE.

Alternative 2: if tenderers have an ISO 9001:2000 certificate or equivalent, this will be sufficient to document fulfilment of the requirement.

Requirement 4:

A statement from the tenderer regarding connection to a publicly certified apprenticeship scheme that applies during the implementation of the contract.

It must be documented that the tenderer has, or plans to take on apprentices.

Requirement 5.

Documentation of central certification. Tenderers must present documentation highlighting that one is qualified to declare responsibility in the enterprise classification for the relevant works. For the construction discipline, the following areas of responsibility apply in enterprise classification 2:

(a) surveying and staking out measures;

(b) roads and ground work;

(d) water supply and sewage installations.
