We have decided to cancel the competition as we have used the wrong procedure in our tender management system ‘kgv light’. This has means that we have not received ESPDs via the ‘kgv light’ system from all tenderers. The submission of the ESPD was a requirement for participation in the tender contest in the tender documentation. We will shortly republish the call for tenders, and hope that the providers who have expressed their interest in the cancelled notice will submit a new tender.
