Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Requirement: tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Documentation requirement: Norwegian tenderers: Company Registration Certificate.

Foreign tenderers: verification that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the state where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract. If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial position with any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Requirement: tenderers must have good credit worthiness without a requirement for security.

Documentation requirement: a credit rating based on the most recent financial figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating company with a license to conduct this service.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

The tenderer must document that he has sufficient technical and professional qualifications to implement the contract.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Requirement: the tenderer must have experience from comparable assignments.

Documentation: the tenderer´s 3 most relevant assignments during the last 3 years, including their values, dates and recipients (names, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses).

Requirement: tenderers must have a well-functioning environmental management system.

Documentation: certification documents in accordance with national/international environmental management/environmental control system standard.

An account of an equivalent environmental management/measures for the company will also be accepted.

Requirement: the tenderer must have a well-functioning quality management system.

Documentation: certificates in accordance with the national/international quality management/control system standard.

Or an account of equivalent quality management/measures within the company.

Requirement: the tenderer must have a well-functioning security management system.

Documentation requirement: certificates in accordance with the national/international security management/control system standard.

Or an account of equivalent security management/measures within the company.

Kontraktutførelse
Vilkår for kontraktoppfyllelse:

A requirement on wage and work terms, documentation and sanctions in accordance with the regulations regarding wages and working conditions from the 8.2.2008 No 112.

Ethical requirements: the tenderer must comply with the fundamental requirements related to human rights, employee rights and the environment, and commit to complying with UN conventions, ILO conventions and national labour legislation.
