The agreement contains an option for Oslo kommune v/Eiendoms- og Byfornyelsesetaten (EBY) [Oslo Municipality c/o the Real Estate and Urban Renewal] to enter into the agreement from 10 July 2022. The option and the use of the agreement shall be subject to the same conditions. The provider shall enter into a separate contract with EBY if the option is activated.

• Credit appraisal/rating, not older than 1 year from the deadline for receipt of tenders, based on the last known accounting figures.

The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain further credit ratings or other financial information (annual financial statements including notes, the board´s annual reports and the auditor's reports, as well as recent information of relevance for the company's accounting figures).

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Good experience from equivalent assignments/deliveries is required. This means assignments of corresponding nature, complexity, degree of difficulty and scope.

— overview of the service provider's most important relevant assignments/contracts in the last 5 years, including information on type of project, the project's value, date, recipient (name, telephone number and e-mail address). The attached reference form can be filled in, or a separate form can be used. The contracting authority reserves the right to contact the references.
