Siva SF is publishing an open tender contest where the objective is to enter into a framework agreement with a (1) tenderer who must cover our need for a consequential assessment of the Norwegian Catapult scheme.
The survey is a tool that Siva will use actively in the work of further developing the scheme, providing feedback to each individual catapult centre on development over time and how the individual catapult centre performs compared to the average for all catapult centres. Simultaneously with the consequential assessment, a separate customer satisfaction survey is conducted to give answers on how satisfied user companies (i.e. companies that are the catapult centres' customers) are with the facilities and competence in the catapult they have used in their catapult projects. as well as how the use of the catapult centre is perceived in relation to own competence and innovation ability. The results from these surveys will be available for the consequential assessment.
