Stad kommune

Stad municipality wants to enter into a framework agreement with a company for geoengineering investigations and geoengineering consultancy and advisory services. The framework agreement shall cover engineering design assignments, consultancy and advisory assignments and independent inspection assignments, as well as support in relation to emergency incidents (landslides, etc.) The framework agreement period is 2 years, with an option for extending the contract for further 2 years.
The municipality mainly needs assistance with various landslide risk assessments in connection with the preparation of municipal plans and municipal zoning plans. However, the framework agreement shall also cover all planning and engineering design phases for which geotechnical investigations and advice are required. The framework agreement also includes landslide professional assistance in emergency incidents.
The municipality has areas that are below the marine border and with partly marine sediments. The framework agreement shall include the necessary assessments of the risk of quick clay landslides in the relevant planning and engineering design work.
