Tromsø Municipality would like to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer who can deliver filters and carry out services on ventilation installations.
The contract period is 2 years, with an option for the contracting authority to extend for up to 2 years.
The framework agreement will cover all municipal buildings and municipal houses in Tromsø and Karlsøy Municipalities, such as schools, nurseries, nursing homes, retirement homes, swimming pools and sports centres, office buildings, arts centres, municipal companies (KF), rented housing, etc. This also applies to buildings that are transferred to Tromsø Municipality's pension fund.
Options:
1) Karlsøy Municipality can use the contract if required;
2) The contract can also include renovation and replacement of installations.
