The tender contest concerns the procurement of travel agency services with a booking portal for booking transport (flights, train, rental car) and hotel accommodation.
Tromsø Municipality would like, together with seven other municipalities Troms, to enter into a framework agreement for travel agency services. The turnover figure for 2019 shows that together the municipalities procured contract products, flights, hotel nights, etc., for approx. NOK 18 million.
The procurement collaboration consists of eight municipalities that will participate in this contract. The participating municipalities will be:
— Tromsø Municipality,
— Karlsøy Municipality,
— Kvænangen Municipality,
— Nordreisa Municipality,
— Skjervøy Municipality,
— Kåfjord Municipality,
— Lyngen Municipality,
— Storfjord Municipality.

Kort beskrivelse:
Special municipal companies and municipal companies (the arts centre, cinema, Tromsø Havn, Tromsøbadet, pension fund, etc.) can also use the contract if needed or if they want to.
The aim is to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer in order to ensure professional and cost efficient travel agency services.
Two contracts will be signed for this contract. One for Tromsø and Karlsøy Municipalities and one for the remaining six collaboration municipalities. The contracts will be independent of each other.
Travel patterns are subject to change according to Covid-19.
Estimert verdi eksklusive mva: 18 000 000 NOK 💰
Varighet: 24 måneder
