Framework Agreement for the Recruitment of Board Members to State-owned Companies

NFD wants to enter into a framework agreement for advisory service as part of the ministries' work with board elections in companies where the state is the owner. The work of the elected consultants shall mainly include identification and suitability assessment of candidates for the boards based on ready prepared competence descriptions/requirements specification. In some cases, the work may also include assessing the boards in light of the individual companies' challenges, identifying competence needs and preparing a requirements specification and interviews of candidates, etc. in collaboration with the ministries. The agreement shall be used by all 12 ministries that own companies.
The agreement period is from January 2021 (in accordance with further agreement) until 31 December 2021. Option for 1 + 1 + 1 year extension.
The total annual estimated value of the agreements is from NOK 500 000 excluding VAT to NOK 1 000 000 excluding VAT. The total value of the agreements is up to NOK 8 000 000 excluding VAT.
