The condition of the buildings, technical installations and other infrastructure varies, but is generally poor. There is a large need for replacement and upgrades.
The purpose of the procurement is to enter into framework agreements with up to five tenderers for the purchase of plumbing work and consequent related materials, primarily for construction, reconstruction, renovation and maintenance assignments at all of the hospital's locations.
