Forsvarsdepartementet [the Ministry of Defence] (FD) and subsidiary entities (together called the contracting authority), invite tenderers to participate in a competition for a framework agreement for the purchase of legal services. FD’s subsidiary entities are Forsvaret, Forsvarsbygg, Forsvarsmateriell and Forsvarets forskningsinstitutt [the Norwegian Armed Forces, the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency,the Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency and the Norwegian Defence and Research Establishment].
