Statens vegvesen [the Norwegian Public Roads Administration] will enter into a framework agreement with multiple suppliers for the delivery of planning and engineering design services.
The assignments under the framework agreement can be all types of planning and engineering design assignments in transport, where the Norwegian Public Roads Administration is the builder.
Through this framework agreement, suppliers can supply personal who can assist with the implementation of entire phases/parts of phases/contribute with individual disciplines.
