The aim is to enter into several non-exclusive parallel framework agreements with large breadth in the market and product lines. The framework agreement cover must be in accordance with the contracting authority's need for various components and consumables. The framework agreements must always give the contracting authority the possibility to procure the components and consumables that the contracting authority deems necessary.
The framework agreement does not include services that are already covered by other framework agreements.
The framework agreements will apply for all of the Police, and must cover the need for all units under the National Police Directorate, i.e., all police districts and special bodies.

If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial position with any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable.
