The Ministry of Foreign Affairs would like to enter into a framework agreement with a supplier for the procurement of furniture, carpets and lighting and any other objects that are necessary for a representation area to be appropriately equipped, with the aim of covering the contracting authority's need for cost and environmentally efficient procurements in the contract period. The furniture shall mainly be used in foreign embassies, but the ministry would also like an option for the procurement of furniture for their premises in Norway when needed.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The contract includes an option for supplementary procurements for up to 5 years calculated from the date the contract expires including any options. The same contract terms and provisions in this contract are to apply for supplementary procurements.

Underlying and associated departments shall have an option to join the contract at any time during the contract or option period on the same terms as for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
If an option for an extension is taken up, entities that have joined the contract can choose to withdraw from the contract.

Requirements: tenderers must be a legally established company.
Documentation:
• Norwegian companies: company registration certificate
• Foreign companies: proof that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country in which the service provider is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement: paid taxes and duties.
Documentation:
• A certificate, not older than 6 months, which verifies that the tenderer has fulfilled the obligations of payment of taxes, social security contributions and VAT. The certificate can be ordered and obtained from Altinn by using a separate link on skatteetaten.no.

Requirement: tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to carry out the delivery, in which, amongst other things, being creditworthy without any requirement for collateral will be adequate
Documentation: a credit rating with key figures from a certified credit rating company or other documentation to demonstrate that the requirement has been met.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement: tenderers must have sufficient ability and experience to carry out the delivery.
Documentation: a description of the tenderer's three most relevant assignments in the last 3 years, together with information on the contracts' value, date of delivery or execution and the name of the recipient. Tenderers are responsible for ensuring that the description is of such a nature that it documents fulfilment of the requirement.
