Varanger KraftNett AS invites tenderers to participate in an open tender competition for a framework agreement for the procurement of electricity. As part of the procurement of electricity, the tenderer will have balance responsibility on behalf of the contracting authority. This service is included in the framework agreement and it is a prerequisite for the turnover of electricity for the contracting authority.
