The current environmental package includes contracts with several companies to participate in the HjemJobbHjem (HomeWorkHome) project. In short, this means that companies agree to cut the use of parking lots for employees and seek to facilitate for a more environmentally friendly work environment. As a part of making the participation in the HomeJobbHjem project more attractive to the employees, the environmental package now wants to enter into contracts with suppliers for the distribution of electric bicycles to employees financed through a leasing scheme and a net pay agreement via the employer.
The environmental package would like to give employees the option to lease an electric bicycle through a leasing scheme, which give them an easy available alternative to cars.

The environmental package would like to give employees the option to lease an electric bicycle through a leasing scheme, which give them an easy available alternative to cars.
The environmental package implements the tender contest on behalf of businesses that are associated with the HeimJobbHjem project. A framework agreement shall be signed with two suppliers of electric bicycles. The framework agreement period is 1 year, with an exclusive option for the contracting authority to extend the contract for 1 + 1 + 1 year. Since the agreements are a service to employees of the HomeJobbHjem companies, it is difficult to estimate the scope of the agreements. The actual scope will to a large extend depend on whether the employees perceive the service as competitive and the selected suppliers' ability to deliver.
