The volume will be dependent on i.a. the contracting authority's requirements, activities, budget and other framework factors.
— Sandefjord Municipality: approx. NOK 300 000 excluding VAT on average per year.
— Tønsberg Municipality: temporary staff services have not been used in recent years and it is anticipated that the consumption will be low.
— Horten Municipality: approx. NOK 900 000 excluding VAT on average per year.
— Larvik Municipality: approx. NOK 820 000 excluding VAT on average per year.
— Holmestrand Municipality: approx. NOK 2 900 000 on average per year.
The contracting authority wants to reduce future consumption.

Lots/groups
Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority considered dividing the contract, but has decided that is not appropriate for this procurement.
Tenderers can submit tenders even if they can not offer option for doctors and milieu therapists.
Framework agreement.
The assignment will be regulated by the attached framework agreement with the accompanying standard agreement terms.
The contract can be cancelled by both parties, with a mutual notice period of six months. Each individual participant in the contract can also cancel the contract individually. Such cancellation will be carried out on behalf of the participant by the contracting authority's contract manager. Suppliers are not entitled to compensation for calculated loss due to cancellation. The contracting authority is also not entitled to compensation for additional costs resulting from cancellation.

The contract automatically terminates on the expiry date of the framework agreement.
The contracting authority will sign contracts with a minimum of four tenderers.
The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
There are requirements regarding the tenderer's technical and professional qualifications.
The tenderer must be registered in the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority´s register for temporary staff agencies/staffing companies.
Documentation Requirement: Documentation of registration in the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority's register for temporary staff agencies/staffing companies.
Tenderers must have sufficient experience from comparable assignments/deliveries.
Documentation requirement: description of the tenderer's up to 3 most relevant assignments in the last 3 years. The description must include a statement of the assignment value, dates and recipients (name, telephone number and email), quality of the delivery, position category, relationship to working hours, quality of the temporary staff, language etc. It is the tenderer's responsibility to confirm relevance through the description. The contracting authority reserves the right to contact references.
