… Property's main office is centrally located in Oslo and is co-located with local offices in Oslo and Østlandet. In addition,the Directorate of Public Construction and Property has local offices in Tromsø, Trondheim, Porsgrunn and Bergen. The Directorate of Public Construction and Property has many properties spread throughout Norway, as well as some project offices that provide support and assistance to and from the ICT section of the main office in Oslo. The ICT solutions are mainly centralised at the main office where we have two data centres in two different locations, but infrastructure can also be found at other locations.

Tenderers are required to have a legally established company.

Company Registration Certificate, foreign companies are required to have a corresponding certificate as prescribed by the laws of the country where the business is registered.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability. The extent of the size will also be emphasised.

Statsbygg will carry out a credit rating of tenderers. Tenderers can, in addition, be asked to submit the auditor confirmed annual accounts, alternatively, state StartBANK ID.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

The tenderer shall have good experience from assignments with a comparable value to this contract.

A description of approximately one A4 page per project for up to five reference deliveries in the last 3 years with comparable value must be submitted, with information on, among other things:

— contracting authority,

— the contract value of the assignment excluding VAT,

— delivered solutions and services,

— Commencement date and completion date (year) / if not completed — what phase the project is in?

Tenderers must have sufficient capacity to implement the assignment.

Statement for the number of resources in the company including senior consultants.
