Oslo kommune v/Omsorgsbygg Oslo KF

The procurement includes service and maintenance of gates.
The contracting authority has garage, pedestrian and driving entrances as well as other entrances, particularly at nursing homes, fire stations, large and newer nursery schools, schools and other buildings.
In order for these technical installations to achieve the expected function time and to avoid operational stoppages, the installations need to be inspected on a regular basis. The purpose of the procurement is to establish a framework agreement for periodic follow-up of all such installations, as well as respond to and manage critical errors. Well-functioning installations will improve customer satisfaction and reduce the cost of repairs and replacements. A more detailed description of the purpose of the procurement and content in the delivery is in Appendix 3 performance description.
The procurement does not include services related to projects where the maintenance of gates is included as part of a major rehabilitation or total project.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
• The tenderer must be a legally established company.
Documentation requirement:
• Norwegian companies: company registration certificate
• Foreign tenderers: a verification showing that the tenderer is registered in a trade index or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
• The tenderer's tax affairs shall be in order in relation to payment of tax and VAT.
Documentation requirement: tax and VAT certificate, not older than 6 months. The certificate can be ordered and downloaded from Altinn. If this is not possible, it can be ordered from the tax collector or the Norwegian Tax Administration.
• Tenderers shall have sufficient financial capacity to fulfil the contract, including satisfactory turnover, earnings, degree of liquidity and equity. The payment experience must be satisfactory.
Documentation requirement:
The contracting authority will obtain a credit rating based on the last known fiscal figures.
The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain the annual accounts or other documentation if this is necessary to evaluate the requirement.
The tenderers must present all documentation they find relevant for the assessment of their financial capacity.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
• The tenderer must have experience from assignments of an equivalent nature, complexity and scope.
Equivalent deliveries means ongoing contracts for service and maintenance of a entrances of various manufacturers on a large scope/on many properties.
Documentation requirement:
An overview of the most important deliveries of that the tenderer has carried out during the last 3 years, together with information about the contract value, dates for delivery and execution and name of the recipient.
A maximum of five reference projects shall be provided.
Description of the projects is given by completing Appendix D, template for project overview.
• CVs for individuals should not be presented.
