Framework Agreement for Roadworks Warnings in the Norwegian Public Roads Administration

The Norwegian Public Roads Administration would like tenders for assistance with processing incoming roadworks warning plans with the accompanying site inspection of work areas on and along roads.
The framework agreement is split into five sub-contracts based on geographical area:
• Sub-contract A is for the east and includes Innlandet, Viken and Oslo Counties;
• Sub-contract B is for the south and includes Agder, Vestfold, and Telemark Counties;
• Sub-contract C is for the west and includes Rogaland and Vestland Counties;
• Sub-contract D is for the central area and includes Trøndelag and Møre og Romsdal Counties;
• Sub-contract E is for the north and includes Nordland, and Troms og Finnmark Counties.
A contract will be signed with up to 4 tenderers for each sub-contract.
The contract period is 1 March 2021-28 February 2023. The contracting authority has the option to extend the contract for 1 year + 1 year so that the total possible contract duration is 4 years.
