The Norwegian Digitalisation Agency (Norwegian: Digdir) has a regular need for purchasing external project management and support, particularly for digitalisation. We are therefore planning to enter into a framework agreement with 2-5 providers of the relevant services. The objective of the framework agreement is to ensure the Norwegian Digitalisation Agency (Norwegian: Digdir) access to qualified consultants who must cover the need for assistance and support for tasks and projects.
