The manager development must be in-line with the municipality's values (co-creating — open — good — inquisitive) in a time marked by transition and financial challenges. The manager development will contribute the municipality further developing ability for renewal, streamlining and improving, as well as solving the services in a quick, good and resource efficient manner. The Municipality will implement training and guidance within management and skills training, assistance and development programs targeting individual managers, smaller groups and management teams on all levels. The purpose is to assure all managers so that they can be confident in carrying out their job.

A framework agreement for the assignment shall be signed with one supplier. The framework agreement period is 2 years. The contracting authority will have an option to extend the framework agreement for a further 1 year + 1 year, altogether a maximum of 4 years.

The value of the purchase is estimated to be NOK 3 million excluding VAT. It was highlighted that the assignment value is based on an estimate. The right has been reserved to make changes in volume, partly on the basis of budget situations which affect the contracting authority's activity. The scope of the contract is uncertain and Sogndal Municipality is not bound by any purchase volume obligation in this procurement.
