The contracting authority has set up the following time schedule for the process:
Deadline for questions about the tender documentation: 29 October 2020
Tender deadline: 2 November 2020, 9.00.
NB: that the dates are the tender deadline are temporary and may be subject to adjustment. Any extension of the tender abidance period can only occur if the tenderer approves it.
Tender letter
The tender must include a tender letter signed by a person who can engage tenderers.
Any reservations and deviations must be so unambiguous and clear that there can be no doubt about how the tender offer will be assessed. Reservations and deviations that cannot be priced accurately, can lead to the tender being rejected.
