Framework Agreement for Maintenance, Supplementing Purchasing, and Development Assignments in Connection with Sjøfartsdirktoratet’s (the Norwegian Maritime Directorate’s) internet and Intranet Sites
Sjøfartsdirektoratet (the Norwegian Maritime Directorate) wants to enter into a framework agreement for administration of our Episerver licenses as well as the purchase of maintenance (support) and further development services for its internet and intranet sites. The Norwegian Maritime Directorate owns and develops the websites www.sdir.no and www.yrkesfisker.no as well as Navinett intranet. The website have separate domains and are built on Episerver CMS version 11.14 (www.sdir.no), 8.2 (www.yrkesfisker.no) and 11.14 (navinett). www.sdir.no er our main website, while the others are smaller, specialised websites.
The contract includes licence administration, maintenance and development of the Directorate’s Epi-server. The contracting authority wants price offers that state a fixed price for licences related to the websites sites, as well as fixed hourly prices for maintenance and further development. New websites and domain names can be established in the contract period and will then automatically be included in the contract.
