Nye Veier

Nye Veier will enter into a framework agreement for leasing cars. This includes leasing of the following vehicles; construction vehicles (4/5 seats and 2 seats), electric SUVs, electric cars and small electric cars. See Annex 1, the contracting authority's requirements specification for a detailed description of the contract's object.
The vehicles must be delivered free of charge to Nye Veier's offices in Rugtvedt, Tangen (Kristiansand), Hamar, Lillehammer, Melhus, Trondheim, Vågsbygd and Forus.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
If electric construction vehicles are part of the tenderer's assortment during the contract period, Nye Veier must have an option to lease such electric site vehicles on market terms in this contract period.
If other providers are offering electric vehicles of the construction type with 4/5 seats and/or construction vehicles with 2 seats that meet the contracting authority's requirements during the contract period, and the current contracting party is unable to offer this, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to freely lease these electric vehicles from other providers in the contract period.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Overview and short description of terms: a company registration certificate must be attached.
Tenderers must be a legally established company.
Norwegian tenderers: company registration certificate.
Foreign tenderers: must be registered in an equivalent register in their home land, and must submit the associated equivalent documentation.
The company registration certificate must not be more than 6 months old.
All companies who have signed a commitment statement shall also present a tax and VAT certificate equivalent to the one required from the tenderer.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
An overview and brief description of the qualification requirements:
A tax and VAT certificate shall be enclosed.
The certificates must be no more than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders. The enclosed tax and VAT certificate shall not show any arrears.
Foreign tenderers shall submit equivalent certificates.
All companies who have signed a commitment statement shall also present a tax and VAT certificate equivalent to the tenderer's requirement.
Tenderers must have the adequate financial strength to comply with the contractual obligations.
The tenderer's annual accounts including notes with the board and auditor's reports for 2018 and 2019 must be attached.
If the annual accounts for 2019 are not finalised before the tender deadline for this contest expires, the provisional annual accounts for last year must also be attached.
The contracting authority reserves the right to carry out a credit assessment from Experian. Financial strength is evaluated in relation to turnover, operating profit margin, solidity and liquidity.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
An overview and brief description of the qualification requirements:
Tenderers must have the adequate implementation ability.
A short, general description of the company shall be given, including:
— an account of the company’s business concept and core competencies related to the scope of the delivery,
— an overview of the company’s history, organisation and ownership, as well as a description of the current.
Business.
— description of how the tenderer is organised for the execution of this contract,
— a concise description is to be provided of the overall quality assurance system that the tenderer will use as a basis for the execution of the contract.
Tenderers must have good experience from equivalent assignments.
3 certificates must be submitted from relevant deliveries in the last 5 years. The certificates should be signed or confirmed in writing by the contracting authority for the different deliveries, and as a minimum shall include:
— a brief description of the assignment,
— time of execution,
— scope of the assignment in monetary amount,
— name, and telephone number of the reference person at the contracting authority.
If it is not possible to acquire signed or verified attestations, the tenderer shall provide a list of all relevant assignments with descriptions according to the above points.
The contracting authority must have the possibility to contact the contact persons who are listed.
