The framework agreement period is 2 years with an option for a further 2 x 1 year extensions (2 + 1 + 1), so that the maximum contract period can be up to 4 years.

Information and documentation that is necessary to evaluate if the requirements are met:
Tenderers must have the sufficient financial strength to fulfil the contract. Credit worthy without requirement for provision of security is the minimum requirement.
Credit rating based on the most recent accounting figures. The rating shall be carried out by a credit information company that has permission to handle personal information.

The tenderer must be able to offer a web-shop with a broad range of products.
The current operational platform at the contracting authority is described in SSA-R, Annex 8. The product selection from the different tenderers is continually changing and MuseumIT undertakes ongoing assessments regarding the selection of products from different manufacturers with different specifications. It is a minimum requirement of the competition that the tenderers can deliver to an existing operational platform, but the contracting authority also wants the possibility to shift to other products during the contract period.

This means that the tenderer must offer:
• PC/Mac /Macs from three or more of the leading manufacturers of PCs/Macs within the business segment;
• servers from three or more leading manufacturers of servers within the business segment;
• mobile telephones from five or more of the leading manufacturers of mobile telephones;
• licences for office support systems, database servers, virtual platforms, virtualisation of server platforms, email systems, backup systems, administration of wireless network, Unified Communication, etc.
• peripheral equipment and supplies. Examples:
— monitors
— mouse
— keyboards
— computer cabinets
— UPS
— cables
— hard-drives
— batteries
— memory sticks
— headset
— camera
— stands and brackets for AV equipment.
Tenderers must provide a thorough description of how this requirement can be met, as well as a description of the product range.
Total order amount including freight and any charges should appear in the checkout of the web-shop.
Tenderers are requested to confirm that the requirement will be met during the contract period.
