The contract includes the following:
1) Assignments of varying lengths for the construction department for water and sewage (municipal site teams). The contract consists of 7 categories.
The categories consist of the following:
1) Wheeled loader between 14 and 16 tonne;
2) Track loader of approx. 8 tonne;
3) Track loader of approx. 16 tonne;
4) Track loader of approx. 20 tonne;
5) Track loader of approx. 30 tonne;
6) Track loader with short stem, approx. 20 tonne;
7) Track loader with short stem, approx. 25 tonne.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the state where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. The tenderer must as a minimum achieve a rating of ‘Credit worthy’, i.e. the tenderer must be in risk classification 5 or higher on the Experian scale.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
As documentation the contracting authority will obtain the credit evaluation Commercial Delphi Score from Experian (The Contracting Authority subscribes to services from Experian).
The tenderer is expected to have familiarised himself with registered information about the company and by submission of the tender accepts that the information will be obtained and form the basis of the assessment of the supplier's economic situation.

The tenderer can enclose a credit rating from a certified credit rating company showing that the tenderer fulfils the requirement. The credit assessment shall be based on the last available accounting figures.
If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial position with any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The tenderers must have experience from a minimum of two relevant assignments for the delivery of services as described in this tender documentation, as regards the scope and degree of difficulty.

Documentation requirement: tenderers must attach a list of the most important relevant assignments the last 3 years. The list must include a statement of the assignment's value, date and recipient (name, telephone number and e-mail address). It is the tenderer's responsibility to confirm relevance through the description. The references will only be contacted if required.
