Green care works at the Directorate of Public Construction and Property's properties in Arendal. The framework agreement will apply for the Directorate of Public Construction and Property's owned and leased properties in Arendal.

The Directorate of Public Construction and Property requests tenders for a contract for green car works at their properties in Arendal. There is continual need at the properties for regular seasonal care. Good, intensive maintenance is required so that the areas at all times present as well cared for. Many of the properties are worthy of presentation and/or listed and subject to strong requirements for the quality of care. The service providers will be responsible for the areas maintaining standards in accordance with the quality requirements set for the individual properties.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Tenderers are required to be a legally established company and have a Company registration certificate. Foreign tenderers are required to present an equivalent certificate as prescribed by the legislation in the country where the company is registered.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers are required to have good financial implementation ability. The Directorate of Public Construction and Property will implement a credit rating of tenderers. Tenderers can, in addition, be asked to submit the auditor confirmed annual accounts, alternatively, state StartBANK ID.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Experience with care of green areas: The tenderer (the company) is required to have experience with care of green sites. Reference projects for care of green sites. A description of a maximum of one page per reference project limited to three projects for green areas must be submitted. Information must be provided on the following for each of the reference projects: Description of the care, description of the area and size, name of the contracting authority, date of execution, how the reference project has comparable value for the assignment.
