Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
— Norwegian tenderers: Company Registration Certificate.
— Foreign tenderers: verification showing that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Credit rating based on the most recent public accounting figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating company with a license to conduct this service.
If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove its economic and financial position with any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The tenderer shall have experience from comparable assignments.
The tenderer must appoint the person(s) who shall execute the assignments in the framework agreement. One person must be appointed as an individual in charge. The individual in charge and other personnel offered for assignments in the framework agreement must have the relevant forestry professional background.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
— previous assignments related to valuation of forest;
— the tenderer can substantiate experience by referring to the competence of personnel that the tenderer shall use for this assignment, even if the experience was gained whilst the personnel carried out services for another service provider;
— it is the tenderer´s responsibility to document relevance through the description;
— CVs/description of the competence of the individual in charge and for any other personnel proposed for the assignment.
The services in accordance with the framework agreement must be provided in Norwegian.
