The procurement applies to the delivery of food products to the participants in Telemark innkjøpssamarbeid (Procurement Cooperation) (Kviteseid, Nissedal, Nome, Midt-Telemark, Seljord, Vinje and Tokke municipalities). The delivery is divided into four product groups. Tenders can be given for one, several, or all product groups. Tenders in each product group will be evaluated separately, and a framework agreement will be entered into with the tenderer who has the best offer in each product group. One tenderer will be selected in each product group. The maximum number of contract awards is thus, four.
