The framework agreement is for electrician services for acute improvements, planned maintenance work and minor renovation projects. Typical assignments will be laying new electrical installations, upgrades and disassembly of old electrical installations, laying new courses, new lighting fixtures, etc. The contract will be valid for assignments up to NOK 500 000 excluding VAT. It will be optional to use the contract for assignments exceeding this amount. Contract assignments will not be included in this agreement.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Requirement 1: tenderers must be a legally established company.
Documentation: Norwegian companies: certificate of business registration
Foreign tenderers: verification that the company is registered in a trade index or a register of business enterprises as prescribed by the law of the country where the company is established.
Requirement 2: tenderers must have the necessary certifications to be able to carry out the work on electrical installations in Norway.
Documentation: certification as an installer and registration in the Electrical Company Register and any other relevant authorisation in the specialist field. Without documentation of certification, other documentation must be submitted showing that this will be met before signing of the contract.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement: tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract.
Documentation: the company's last annual financial report including notes, the board's annual reports and audit reports, as well as new information of relevance to the company's fiscal figures.
The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain credit ratings on its own initiative.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement 1: tenderers must have good experience from equivalent assignments with a large number of delivery points and a similar total scope.
Documentation: a short description of the most important deliveries in the last 3 years, including information on the contract's value, delivery date, number of delivery places and the name of the contracting authority, as well as a description of the content of the assignment.

Requirement 2: tenderers must have sufficient administrative and operative implementation ability.
Documentation:
• a description of the tenderer's average annual workforce and the number of employees in the administrative management in the last 3 years;
• information on the education and professional qualifications that the tenderer can use to fulfil the contract.
Requirement 3: tenderers must have a quality assurance system adapted to the content of the contract.
Documentation: a description of the tenderer's quality assurance methods.
Alternative: certificate for the company's quality system/management system issued by independent bodies that certify that the tenderer fulfils certain quality assurance standards, for example ISO 9001:2008.
