The procurement will cover the contracting authority's need for technical consultancy within the following contract areas. All the contract areas, expect the contract areas for independent inspection (14-16) are split into a further two geographical areas:
1) Consultant engineer for buildings (RIB);
2) Consultant electrical engineer (RIE);
3) Consultant engineer for HVAC and sanitation (RIV);
4) Consultant engineer for fire and safety (RIBr/RIS);
5) Consultant engineer for water, sewage and surface water (RIVA);
6) Consultant geotechnical engineer (RIG);
7) Consultant engineer — bridge and quay inspections;
8) Consultant engineer — land planning;
9) Consultant engineer, energy and environment;
10) Construction manager (BL);
11) Project manager/engineering design group manager (PL);
12) Architect (ARK);
13) Landscape architect (LARK);
14) Indpendent inspections of building physics and construction safety;
15) Independent inspections of geotechnics;
16) Independent inspections of fire safety.
The contract can be used for investment projects and development and maintenance projects.
