Framework Agreement for Communications System for Stavkirker (Stave Churches)

The assignment concerns a framework agreement for both delivery of communications equipment and operation of communications systems for the stave churches in Norway. The framework agreement will be signed with one actor.
The contracting authority wants tender offers for internet connection with reserve circuit over mobile broadband, IP telephony and voltage monitoring with the possibility of restart of communications equipment at a total of 24 churches. 16 of the stave churches currently have a copper line connection and must be upgraded to fibre before Telenor phases out the copper network. Tenderers must therefore price subscription costs for copper connection until the fiber is installed, along with a connection fee for the new fibre line. Other churches have already installed fibre, but are not included in the current framework agreement and are added as an option.
The tender documentation is exemption from public access, cf. OFFL § 24.3. Tenderers must not make the documents in this tender documentation known to other than critical personnel for the preparation of the tender offer.

The framework agreement will have a 2-year duration and the contracting authority will have the unilateral option to extend the contract for 1 year + 1 year. The tender documentation is exemption from public access, cf. OFFL § 24.3.
