The aim of the procurement is to establish a framework agreement for coffee, tea, and related products, as well as coffee machines and water coolers. The procurement will help to reduce prices and transaction costs, simplify ordering processes, and facilitate eCommerce, as well as contribute to increased compliance with social responsibility.
The total estimated contract value is between NOK 500 000 — 1 000 000 a year. This is a non-binding estimate in accordance with the contracting authority's current company structure and best judgement. The actual value may be higher or lower than the stated estimate.
Existing contracts with commitment periods can lead to the scope being somewhat lower in the first years of the contract period.
Companies with an option to participate in the contract are estimated to make up a total of approx. 20-30 % in addition.
