A framework agreement will be signed for bridge maintenance work on national roads in Oslo and in the geographical areas Østfold and Akershus. The contract will also apply for Innlandet, as well as the geographical area Buskerud from 1 January 2022.
The Norwegian Public Roads Administration intends to sign contracts with up to 4 tenderers.
The framework agreement will have assignments of varying scope and cost. There will be different
Award methods for comprehensive measures (estimated contract cost above NOK 1 million excluding VAT), and less comprehensive measures (estimated contract cost below NOK 1 million excluding VAT). See chapter A3-10.1. The estimated scope in 2021 is NOK 30-50 million excluding VAT. The estimated annual scope for later years is NOK 60-120 million excluding VAT. The total estimated scope of the framework agreement is NOK 210-410 million excluding VAT over 4 years. This estimate is very uncertain. The maximum value of the framework agreement will be NOK 410 million excluding VAT.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The work must be carried out from when the contract is signed until the contract expires on 31 December 2022.
The contracting authority has the right to order work up until this date. The builder and tenderer can extend the contract by mutual agreement for 2 years on unchanged terms, so that it is valid until 31 December 2024 (mutual option). Such an extension must be agreed at the latest 3 months before the contract expires.
