The tenderer must staff the assignment with one permanent architect per category in the contract period. In addition to the offered permanent architect, the Contracting Authority can use other personnel with the required qualifications to increase capacity, strengthen competence/professional breadth, for routine work, or for work of less important significance for the assignment. The assignments will be remunerated according to hours spent working and according to the agreed rates, unless otherwise agreed. Tenderers are obliged to provide architect services in accordance with the contract for call-offs on the framework agreement.
