— analyses of sewage water,
— analyses of sludge,
— analysis of soil improvement agents,
— analyses of drinking water,
— transport scheme for ordinary samples,
— transport scheme for urgent samples.
Estimert verdi eksklusive mva: 5 000 000 NOK 💰
Varighet: 36 måneder
Beskrivelse av fornyelser: The contract can be extended for 1 year.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
The company must be legally registered. Documentation of a company registration certificate must be presented.
Foreign companies: registration certificates in professional registers as determined by legislation in the country where the tenderer is established. The documentation must, as a minimum, state: the company´s name and registration number.
The company's business address. Who can act on the company's behalf.
The company's tax affairs must be in order in relation to payment of tax and duties. Norwegian companies: Tax and VAT certificate, not older than 6 months from the tender deadline.
Foreign companies: Certificate issued by the competent authority in the tenderer's home country certifying that the tenderer has fulfilled the obligations regarding fees in accordance with the laws of the country in which the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The company must have a credit rating that at least is equivalent to good creditworthiness, and otherwise have sufficient finances to carry out the assignment.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The company's last Annual Financial Statements or extracts thereof. In cases where the company does not have the necessary qualifications, but relies on other suppliers to be qualified, equivalent documentation must be attached for them. A credit rating can be carried out as part of the evaluation of the tender.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers must respond to all the relevant qualification requirements.
Tenderers must be accredited in accordance with NS-EN ISO/IEC 17025. All analysis services that require accreditation in accordance with the given regulations (parameters and quantifying limit) must be included in the accreditation.
Tenderers must, as a minimum, deliver accredited analyses for all analyses where this is listed as a requirement in annex B Price Sheet, item C.4.1 — C.4.4. This is a statutory requirement from the current regulations.
The exception applies for the odour and taste parameters.
The tenderer must organise the collection of samples and transport to the laboratory by their own transport or courier. Transport by post packages is not allowed. Tenderers must have control of the temperature in accordance with the requirements in the current standard.

1) The company's approved accreditation papers.
2) Tenderers must themselves declare that an accredited analysis method is used, and the extent to which the laboratory has this accreditation itself, or relies on a sub-supplier. All analyses with an accreditation requirement must be accredited by the date the tender is submitted.
