Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Documentation requirements: tenderers shall present documentation of their legal registration in a company register in the state where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Qualification requirement: tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial solidity to fulfil the contract obligations.
Economic and financial capacity means that the Tenderer fulfils the following requirement of financial key figures:
A credit rating equal to or better than B, measured against the AAA Soliditet's scale, or an equivalent score from another reputable rating company.
Documentation requirement: Credit Rating (not older than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders) from an approved credit rating company, based on the last known fiscal figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating company with a license to conduct this service. If a tenderer has a valid reason for not being able to present the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial capacity with any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable, cf. § 16-4, including, for example, a parent company guarantee etc, with a satisfactory credit appraisal that represent an equivalent guarantee for the implementation ability. These alternative documents must be included with the tender.
