Gassnova wants to enter into a framework agreement with a company who can help us produce various types of films for use in different channels. We would like a partner who is creative and who has broad experience within different types of film production. Gassnova wants a collaboration partner who can produce films of high technical quality. We are active on digital platforms and want a collaborating partner who can give good advice in regard to distribution and spreading of material produced. Gassnova will also consider the use of various types of campaigns, where our new collaboration partner within film services will play an important role.
The will have a 2-year duration with an option for a further 1 year + 1 year.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
— Registered in a trade register or company register.
Tenderers must be registered in a company register or trade register in the member state where the tenderer is established. As described in annex XI of directive 2014/24/EU; suppliers from certain member countries can be required to fulfil other requirements in the mentioned annex.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
— Tax and VAT certificate (only for Norwegian applicants).
Applicants must posses a valid tax and VAT certificate. The certificate must not be more than 6 month olds. The document must be uploaded together with the tender.
— Sufficient economic and financial standing to carry out the entire assignment.
The applicant must present a credit report or equivalent based on the most recent available data. The document must be uploaded together with the tender.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
— A functional HSE system.
Applicants must submit a signed HSE self-declaration. An example of a declaration has been uploaded as a document, you can use this if you want. The document must be uploaded together with the tender.
— Impartiality and conflicts of interest.
Applicants must submit a self description of their impartiality and any conflicts of interest. Applicants must describe the relationship in and provide relevant information of any conflict.
— Implementation capacity.
Applicants must submit documentation showing a minimum of 15 employees. The document must be uploaded together with the tender.
