Nordre Follo needs to enter a framework agreement for real estate agency services. The real estate agent shall provide assistance to the contracting authority during the entire process from planning and preparing the sale of the property, to the property being sold and the real estate agent has carried out the settlement with registration of the deeds, etc.

The contract value is up to 4 000 000 NOK, excluding VAT over a 4-year period (2 years + 1 year + 1 year). The scope of assignments will vary and dependent on political decisions. It is uncertain how many properties the municipality shall sell during the contract period.

Please note that the municipality has its own agreement for the valuation of properties. The municipality is obliged to use this agreement for the valuation of properties.
