The framework agreement period is 2 years with an option for the contracting authority for an extension for one or several times up to a further 2 years, to a total of maximum four (4) years.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Requirement 1: Tenderers must have their tax, payroll tax and VAT payments in order.

Documentation requirement 1:

Tax and VAT certificate. Certificates not older than 6 months calculated from the tender deadline. The certificate can be obtained electronically from Altinn. For further information, see Skatteetaten.no. Foreign tenderers: Foreign tenderers must submit equivalent certificates from their own country that show that their tax and duty payments are in order.

If the authorities in the relevant country do not issue such certificates, the tenderer shall submit a statement which verifies that all taxes and duties have been paid. The declaration shall be approved and signed by the tenderer's Financial Director/person responsible for Finance.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Requirement 1: tenderers must have sufficient economic capacity to fulfil the contract.

Documentation requirement 1:

A solidity assessment from an approved credit appraisal agency. The assessment shall be based on the most recent known accounting figures.

The key figures in the accounts must be presented together with an assessment of the tenderer's payment history.

Annual accounts for the last 2 years. These must contain notes, the board's report and auditor's report.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Requirement 1: tenderers must have sufficient capacity and competence at their disposal for the implementation of assignments in the contract.

Documentation requirement 1:

Description of the company's staffing and organisation with regard to delivering in accordance with the framework agreement requirements.

A description of the qualified personnel that the tenderer has at his disposal for fulfilment of the contract, including personnel with a certificate of apprenticeship within relevant disciplines.

Requirement 2: tenderers must have good experience from the implementation of equivalent/comparable assignments for the discipline(s) the tenderer is being submitted for.

Documentation requirement 2:

A list with an overview and description of the tenderer's most relevant assignments during the last three years. The list/description must, as a minimum, include:

• the name of the customer/recipient;

• the scope of the assignment;

• a description of the company's role;

• the assignment's value;

• the delivery date

• a short description of the delivery.

Use annex 5 — Reference Form.

Requirement 3: tenderers must have good procedures for quality control and HSE.

Documentation requirement 3:

The documentation must be provided in one of the following ways:

Alternative 1: description of the company's procedures, with emphasis on quality assurance, resource management, management responsibility and HSE.

Alternative 2: if tenderers have an ISO 9001:2000 certificate or equivalent, this will be sufficient to document fulfilment of the requirement.

Requirement 4: tenderers must have the necessary certifications for the relevant disciplines in heavy current and low current.

The electrical company register in DSB, with certifications for work assignments within 'Construction and maintenance of other's electrical installations' within the following:

• industry — low voltage installations;

• building — low voltage installations

Documentation requirement 4:

Documented by: Valid certificate from the DSB electrical company register.
