Barne- ungdoms- og familiedirektoratet (Bufdir) [the Norwegian Directorate for Children, Youth and Family Affairs] will develop a learning program for foster parents in Norway. The entire learning program is put together by about 70 learning modules which will convey knowledge about various topics, invite reflection and skill development for families wanting to provide foster homes or are already foster parents.
The assignment comprises:
— production of animations, films, interview, audio files, text and other digital instruments in order to achieve defined learning goals,
— contribute in the project work groups with competence on e-learning and web-design to provide advise about development and design of the e-learning modules,
— code and embed the modules in Bufdir’s learning platform,
— test, evaluate and revise the modules after commissioning in cooperation with a small group of course leaders and course participants.
