Ferde AS

Ferde AS needs consultancy services within a number of different disciplines. This framework agreement includes consultancy services within the following disciplines:
— business and organisational development — value up to NOK 2 million per year,
— business and financial management — value up to NOK 2 million per year,
— architecture, further development and testing — value up to NOK 2 million per year,
— internal audit — value up to NOK 1 million per year.
The content in the services under the different areas is explained in detail in part 2 Appendix 1 Needs Description.
Parallel framework agreements will be established with three supplier within each of the disciplines, with the exception of the internal audit discipline. In the internal audit discipline a framework agreement will be established with one supplier.
The tenderer awarded the framework agreement for internal audit can not be awarded framework agreements within the other disciplines.
The estimated value is only an estimate and the value can vary from year to year and the need may not be as large as estimated.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Requirement: the tenderer must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Documentation: Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate.

Foreign companies: verification that the company is registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the state where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Requirement: the tenderer must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.

Documentation: a credit rating based on the most recent financial figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating company with licence to conduct this service.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Requirement: tenderers must have good and relevant experience.

Documentation: a description of the tenderer’s relevant assignments during the last 3 years. The description must include information on the contract value, date and recipient (name, telephone no. and e-mail address). It is, however, the tenderer´s responsibility to document relevance through the description. Tenderers can document experience be referring to the competence of the personnel that can be used for this project, even if the experience was acquired while the personnel was in the service of another employer.

The description must contain a statement per discipline the tenderer submits a tender for.

Please use the template in part 1 Appendix 4.

Documentation: the tenderer must have the capacity to implement the contract.

Documentation: brief description of resources available for the delivery of services under the framework agreement.
