Framework Agreement Construction Services and Landscape Gardener Services

Tromsø kommune

Tromsø Municipality needs to enter into a framework agreement for services that must ensure rapid improvement of green areas and road areas. This is to ensure professional quality in a quick and efficient manner for Tromsø Municipality.
The contract can be used by municipal companies, businesses and private institutions primarily financed by municipal grants.
Karlsøy Municipality will be included in the lot for landscape gardener services.
A contract will be signed with up to three providers per lot for construction services and landscape gardener services. The suppliers will be ranked according to relative evaluation methods where the supplier with the lowest total price per lot will receive the highest point score. The suppliers with the highest total price will receive a relatively lower point score.
The contract period is 2 years. The contracting authority has an exclusive option for 1 + 1 year extension of the framework agreements. The maximum agreement period is hence 4 years.

Kort beskrivelse:
The landscape gardener services will typical be maintenance assignments and simple upgrades to green installations. Typical discipline assignments can also occur. Green installations means installations of green structure, leisure areas such as parks, playgrounds, local community installations, hiking trails, cross country ski tracks, various installations in nature and leisure areas and outdoor facilities associated with public buildings. The contract also includes typical landscape gardener services for road areas (NS 3420, chapter K).
