Ringerike Kommune [Ringerike Municipality] intends to use this framework agreement to procure a supplier who can cover the Municipality's need for transport by minibus, bus and tour bus. The contract will not include regular driving.
There is a need for transport to and from various activities in connection with municipal agencies. This includes education, excursions, activity days, study travel, school camp, inspection of elected bodies and the like. The activities usually finish in one day, but they can also run for longer periods. The size of the assignments can vary from trips with one minibus to assignments that require many buses, for example a skiing day for an entire school.

There is a need for transport to and from various activities in connection with municipal agencies. The activities usually finish in one day, but they can also run for longer periods. The size of the assignments can vary from trips with one minibus to assignments that require many buses, for example a skiing day for an entire school.

The framework agreement will be valid for 2 years from signing. The contracting authority has an option to extend the contract for a further 1 year + 1 year. The maximum contract duration is 4 years.

The value of the framework agreement is estimated to be NOK 4 million per year. Consumption from previous years has been used as the basis for the calculation. The estimate is only a guide and the contracting authority is not bound to a specific number of withdrawals. The annual procurement will depend on financial framework terms, political decisions and the market situation in general.
