Framework Agreement, Building Materials and Timber, Tools and Fastening Devices

Ringerike kommune

Ringerike municipality intends via the framework agreement to enter into an agreement with a supplier who can cover the need for building materials and timber, tools and fastening devices for all of the municipal units. The products are used in the administration and operation of the existing municipal buildings and properties.
The framework agreement period is 2 years. The contracting authority will have the option to extend the framework agreement for a further 1 year + 1 year, to a combined maximum of 4 years.
Based on last year's consumption, the total annual procurements amount to approx. NOK 7 million excluding VAT. This means approx. NOK 28 million during the agreement period with options. Around 55 % of the procurements apply to the product category building materials and timber, 30 % applies to fastening devices and 15 % applies to tools.
The estimate is to be considered as a guideline and does not represent any obligations for the contracting authority. The annual procurement will depend on financial framework terms, political decisions and the market situation in general.
