All departments included in the Norwegian Defence Estate Agency's organisation can use the agreement within given geographical areas, when authority is given. The framework agreement can also be used by the entire Norwegian armed forces, i.e. all departments that are included in or under the Royal Ministry of Defence, and which manage and operate their own buildings in the stated geographical areas.

Estimert totalverdi: 60 000 000 NOK 💰
Kort beskrivelse:
The need will mainly be for service, maintenance and repairs of existing plants, but investments in new plants can make up a significant part of the procurements.
The turnover volume via this framework agreement is uncertain. However, the total turnover is limited to approx. NOK 15 million per annum.
The contract owner of the framework agreement concept will be the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency's Property administration department, region Viken. Administration of the agreement will made by the procurements department.
All departments included in the Norwegian Defence Estate Agency's organisation can use the agreement within given geographical areas, when authority is given.
The framework agreement can also be used by the entire Norwegian armed forces, i.e. all departments that are included in or under the Royal Ministry of Defence, and which manage and operate their own buildings in the stated geographical areas.
The tender prices are to be based on geographical locations and neighbouring areas as mentioned in the table below. Travel expenses for each individual geographical location mentioned below must be included in all prices stated in the price form, provided that the assignment has a duration at the assignment location of a minimum of 4 hours (four hours). For assignments with a shorter duration, travel expenses are settled according to the invoice based on rates stated in the tender, see also below for settlement for travel expenses.
