Municipal road — Inner Øyrane — Langebruvegen lot: measure 12 — the Førde package E39 Liavegen – Skjæret, foot and cycle path.

Lot: measure 13 — the Førde package.

Measure 2, Vievegen: The measure consists of a stretch of 670 m foot/cycle path, 250 m county road, one junction 'the ambulance crossing', and 5 exits. The foot and cycle path will be 3.5 m wide, including 2 x 0.25 m shoulder. The county road will have a total width of 7.0 m, including 2 x 0.5 shoulder. The distance between the county road and the foot/cycle path varies between 1 and 2 m. Measure 12: general. The measure consists of a stretch of just over 600 m. The start in the south is by the southern facade of Coop/Mega, and it runs north along Langebruvegen, crossing the oxbow lake Løken and on towards Inner Øyrane, with connections at a roundabout by national road 5/Øyrane Sixth Form College. Measure 13: General. The measure consists of a foot and cycle path over a stretch of approx. 460 m, including a culvert at a split-level crossing of the E39. The site starts by Liavegen and ends at Skjæret.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Tenderers must be a legally established company or group of such companies. The requirement also applies to any sub-contractors. C.f. point 4. 1. Certificate from the Register of Business Enterprises, or equivalent certificate of legal registration in the country where the tenderer, or the companies that together make up the tenderer, cf. point 4.2, is/are established, as well as for all supporting companies, cf. point 4.1. 2. Completion of the table given in chapter E2, point 3.1. possibly point 3.4.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

1) tenderers must have good economic and financial capacity to complete the contract;

2) tenderers must have an equity ratio of at least 10 %;

3) average annual turnover for the last 3 years must as a minimum be equivalent to the annual turnover of the contract.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers must have sufficient experience of a relevant nature and degree of difficulty from the following work:

1) main disciplines included in the contract: road construction, road construction in urban areas (street), concrete constructions such as culverts and bridges;

2) significant sub-assignment in the contract work: conveyance of electricity in the ground and the accompanying electrical installations. Conveyance of water and sewage installations in the ground. Traffic flow in urban areas and on main roads such as the E39. Development of the finished roadway and square with pavement blocks, walls, planting. Careful blasting with vibration requirements close to a road, residences, and other buildings. NPRA and other builders' experiences with the tenderer will be appraised tenderers must have a system that show that they works proactively to ensure safety, health and working environment (SHA), with relevance for equivalent work to that included in this contest. The system will be subject to periodic review. The tenderer and their central contractual partners should have an average H1 value lower than 15 for the last 3 years.
