The procurement is for the delivery of food products for restaurant/food courses, canteens, folk high schools, and halls of residence in Viken County. Viken County will enter into a new framework agreement with one or several tenderers for the procurement of food products. Justification for cancellation The contracting authority has been made aware that the tender documentation's price sheet includes several errors that we consider to be significant. The Public Procurement Regulations, Section 14-2 only allow minor insignificant changes to the tender documentation before the tender deadline expires. These errors cannot therefore be corrected. We will therefore cancel the contest with immediate effect as there is a justifiable reason to cancel in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations, Section 25-1 (1). We will shortly publish a new contest for nutritional products. The new tender documentation will have a separate annex that explains what changes have been made.
